My candidate hasn’t received a login email

First ensure your candidates have checked their junk/spam folders and the email is correct. Also make sure isn’t blocked with your companies IT team.

Candidate Managers can also re-send a login email from their My Account area. Simply click the users result in the All Candidates table on the My Candidates page. From the candidate progress pop up, if the candidate hasn’t started the course, candidate managers can simply re-send the login email by clicking the Re-send Candidate Login Email button
